Weather Policy:

We all know the weather can be unpredictable. As we strive to make sure your adventure with us is the best it can be, sometimes we do have to deal with the issue of inclement weather. Inclement weather includes: thunderstorms, high winds, & electrical storms. If we cancel your trip due to any inclement weather issues, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible and work with you to either reschedule your trip or issue a full refund. We do paddle out in light rain as long as it is not accompanied by thunder, lighting, or high winds.

Refund Policy:

If you decide to cancel your trip, we will not issue a full refund unless it is 24 hours notice before your trip. We will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer a gift certificate that is redeemable within one year of the cancellation date.
